Ronia Arabatlian, LCSW
Ronia Arabatlian is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides individual therapy for children, teens, and adults. She supports clients facing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, stress, relationship challenges, ADHD, OCD, school-related concerns, learning differences, self-esteem struggles, self-harm, and other emotional and behavioral difficulties. Her goal is to create a supportive, thoughtful space where clients feel understood and better equipped to move toward healing and change.
Many people begin therapy feeling overwhelmed, discouraged, or unsure how to move forward. Ronia offers a warm and compassionate approach that helps clients feel safe enough to explore difficult emotions, patterns, and life experiences more openly. Through that process, clients can build insight, strengthen coping skills, and develop healthier ways of responding to challenges.
Clinical approach
Ronia’s work is grounded in a psychodynamic approach to therapy. She helps clients better understand the deeper emotional patterns, relationships, and past experiences that may be shaping their current struggles. Because healing often happens in the context of greater understanding, she focuses on helping clients make meaningful connections between their emotions, experiences, and behavior.
In addition to individual therapy, Ronia also works with families when helpful in order to support the healing process more fully. Her style is thoughtful, compassionate, and collaborative, and she works to meet each client in a way that feels steady, respectful, and supportive.
