What to Expect Before Your First Appointment

After scheduling your first session, our administrative team will email you a secure link to access your patient portal. You will be asked to complete the following before your appointment.

  • Personal background and contact information
  • Insurance details and benefits verification
  • Consent for treatment and HIPAA acknowledgments
  • Authorization to receive SMS and email notifications

Important: Your secure portal link expires 72 hours after it is sent. You can save your progress and return to finish later, as long as you do so within the 72 hour window. If your link expires before you complete the forms, please call our front office at (610) 616-5935 and we will send a new link.

Under the No Surprises Act, self pay clients are entitled to a written estimate of expected charges for services. We provide this estimate at intake and update it as treatment plans evolve.
