If we do not participate with your health plan, we will gladly provide you with a detailed statement of services that you can submit directly to the insurance company.

We do not participate with any Medicare or Medicaid plans (Keystone First, Aetna Better Health, etc.) or submit claims to any of these plans or out of network insurance plans on your behalf. Payment for these plans will be due at the time of service.
