Cornerstone Therapy & Wellness

I am a licensed clinical psychologist with an undergraduate degree in English from Saint Joseph’s University, and Masters and Doctorate degrees in Clinical Developmental Psychology from Bryn Mawr College (MA, 2003, PhD, 2007). I am also trained in school psychology with extensive experience in developmental neurocognitive functioning and assessment. My experience spans a wide range of settings including school, hospital, and rehabilitation settings. In my work I utilize scientifically evaluated strategies and approaches to building an alliance and therapeutic working relationship with clients. I naturally employ an empathic and honest presence, valuing and respecting the experiences and perspectives of my clients. Drawing from CBT, ACT, mindfulness, as well as family systems models of psychological function, I work with individuals to identify their goals and to develop skills that will lead to healthy functioning and adaptation to challenges and transitions across the lifespan.
