JORDAN MONTS, LCSW
I have experience working in a variety of settings and am passionate about outpatient therapy. I work with children, adolescents, and adults across the lifespan who are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, history of substance abuse, trauma, self- esteem, relationships, and problems at work or school.
I utilize various evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and mindfulness-based stress reduction. I incorporate the mind-body connection into my practice as a certified yoga instructor (RYT-200) along with my advanced training in tapping using the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). I believe it is important to create strong therapeutic relationships that empower clients to grow and make changes for themselves.
