Understanding therapy insurance coverage can feel confusing, and we want the process to be as clear as possible. At Cornerstone Therapy and Wellness, our team works with many insurance plans and Employee Assistance Programs, helping children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families access the care they need with greater confidence. Whether you are starting therapy, psychiatry, psychological testing, biofeedback, or nutritional counseling, our front office is here to help you review your options and answer questions about payment before your first appointment.

Accepted Insurance Plans

We accept a wide range of insurance plans for therapy and mental health services across Pennsylvania, including:

Accepted Employee Assistance Programs

We also participate with several Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs). EAP benefits are separate from standard insurance and are often provided through your employer at no cost to you. Currently accepted EAP plans include:

Private Pay Options

Insurance is not the only path to care. For patients who prefer not to use their insurance, or who do not currently have coverage, we offer private pay options at Cornerstone. Choosing private pay can offer greater flexibility and privacy around your treatment, and our team is happy to walk you through what that looks like before your first appointment.

Insurance plans can vary widely, even within the same carrier. If your specific plan is not listed above, please contact our front office. We are happy to help you determine whether your plan is accepted before your first appointment.

If your insurance is not in network, we can provide a detailed statement of services for you to submit directly to your insurance company.

Payment Policies

We want every patient to understand payment expectations before services begin. Please note the following:

• ✓ We do not participate with Medicaid plans, including Keystone First and Aetna Better Health
• ✓ We do not submit claims to out of network insurance plans on your behalf
• ✓ For out of network plans, payment is due at the time of service
