Faye Evensky, LCSW
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) specializing in therapy for anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, school issues, peer issues, chronic illness and disability, self-esteem, and identity exploration. I also offer dedicated support for perinatal and postpartum mental health. My approach is holistic and strengths-based, creating a safe, warm, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to achieve meaningful change. I earned my Master’s Degree in Social Work from the NYU Silver School of Social Work and have advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), mindfulness-based interventions, and perinatal mental health. My clinical experience began in hospital settings, including NYU Langone Medical Center and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, where I worked with adults, adolescents, and children navigating medical and emotional challenges. Since then, I’ve supported individuals and families in nonprofit and outpatient settings through individual therapy and group work. I’ve also founded and led therapeutic support groups focused on life adjustment, caregiving, and relationship stress. Whether you’re facing significant life transitions, coping with stress or sadness, navigating parenthood, or looking to deepen self-understanding, I’m here to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
