About Cornerstone Therapy & Wellness

Your Path to Mental and Emotional Well-Being

Integrative Mental Health Clinic

Cornerstone Therapy & Wellness is a family-owned integrative mental health clinic serving children, teens, adults, couples, and families. With offices in Malvern and Wayne on the Main Line, we provide in-person care as well as secure online therapy throughout Pennsylvania. Because emotional well-being is shaped by many factors, we offer coordinated services that support the whole person rather than focusing on only one symptom at a time.

Our licensed clinicians help individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, PTSD, ADHD, relationship concerns, school challenges, parenting stress, and life transitions. In addition, our practice offers psychiatry, psychological testing, biofeedback and HRV training, and nutritional counseling. As a result, individuals and families can access multiple forms of support within one connected practice.

Comprehensive Integrative Mental Health Services

Our clinic provides more than talk therapy alone. Instead, we bring together therapy, psychiatric services, psychological testing, biofeedback, HRV training, and nutritional counseling in one setting. Because these services work together, care can stay more coordinated, practical, and responsive to each person’s needs.

For example, therapy can help individuals build insight, coping skills, and healthier patterns. Likewise, psychiatry can support evaluation, diagnosis, and medication management when appropriate. Psychological testing can also clarify concerns related to attention, learning, mood, or behavior. In addition, biofeedback and HRV training can strengthen nervous system regulation, while nutritional counseling can address physical health factors that affect mood, stress, and emotional functioning.

How Care Works

Starting care can feel overwhelming. However, our care coordination team helps individuals and families understand their options, answer insurance questions, and connect with the right clinician.

We match clients based on age, presenting concerns, treatment goals, and practical needs such as schedule and insurance. Because the therapeutic relationship matters, we take that process seriously. In addition, our clinicians use evidence-based approaches and collaborate across services when helpful. As a result, care can stay both individualized and well coordinated.

Evidence-Based and Whole-Person Treatment

Treatment focuses on reducing symptoms and improving day-to-day functioning at home, school, work, and in relationships. Therapy helps individuals develop coping strategies, understand emotional patterns, and build resilience. At the same time, psychiatry, testing, biofeedback, HRV, and nutritional counseling can provide added clarity and support when symptoms involve multiple layers.

We recognize that mental health does not exist in isolation. Instead, stress, sleep, relationships, physical health, nervous system regulation, and life circumstances all play a role. Therefore, our clinicians help clients identify patterns and develop strategies that support both immediate relief and long-term stability.

A Supportive and Established Clinic

Cornerstone Therapy & Wellness was built to give individuals and families a reliable place to seek guidance and care. Our licensed clinicians are committed to thoughtful, compassionate treatment and clear communication. In addition, we strive to create an environment where people feel comfortable asking questions, exploring options, and taking practical steps toward change.

We accept most major commercial insurance plans and also offer private pay options.

When to Reach Out

Many people know they need support but feel unsure where to begin. In some cases, therapy is the right first step. In other cases, someone may need psychiatry, testing, or another service to better understand what is going on. Because we offer multiple forms of care within one integrative mental health clinic, we can help guide that process more clearly.

Whether you are seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, relationship concerns, stress, or emotional overwhelm, help is available. Moreover, our team serves individuals and families throughout the Main Line and surrounding Pennsylvania communities.
