Erin Reto, Ph.D

I completed my doctorate in clinical psychology at Binghamton University in NY, and I have five years of supervised experience as a therapist working with a wide range of clients with different ages, backgrounds, and mental health concerns. My approach to therapy is integrative, meaning that I draw on many different techniques and tailor therapy to your specific needs and preferences. I am committed to evidence-based practice, and the approaches I draw from most heavily are cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy. I work with adolescents, adults, and couples. I am particularly interested in treating relationship conflict, depression, anxiety, and trauma. I believe that all people have strengths within them, and it is my goal to help you connect to those strengths to make positive changes in your life.
