ELIZABETH HIGGINS, LCSW

I believe that all people can grow, change, develop, and thrive by learning new skills and new behaviors in their own lives. Resiliency and recovery are achieved through trust, empathy, and a sincere therapeutic relationship. I have been a Social Worker for over 14 years. During that time, I have helped adults, adolescents, children, families, and couples achieve the life they want to live. My training and experience include Comprehensive Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Behavioral Modification, and Cognitive Therapy to treat mood disorders, anxiety, stress, depression, and borderline personality disorder, ADHD, emotional deregulation, anger management, and trauma.
