AMANDA NINES, RD, LDN
Amanda Nines is a Registered Dietitian and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist who provides nutritional counseling for children, teens, and adults. She supports clients navigating emotional eating, eating disorders, ARFID, weight concerns, body image challenges, and general wellness goals. Her goal is to help clients build a healthier, more sustainable relationship with food, movement, and their bodies.
Many people come to nutrition support feeling frustrated, discouraged, or disconnected from their own hunger, health, and self-trust. Amanda offers a thoughtful and supportive approach that helps clients better understand patterns around eating, body image, and daily habits. Through that process, clients can build greater confidence, reduce shame, and move toward more balanced, realistic well-being.
Clinical approach
Amanda has worked as a Registered Dietitian since 2001 and has experience across residential, intensive outpatient, and outpatient levels of care. As a result, she brings both depth and flexibility to her work with a wide range of clients and concerns.
Her approach is practical, compassionate, and individualized. She is especially passionate about helping clients develop a healthy relationship with food, exercise, and body image. In addition, she understands the important connection between nutrition, digestion, and emotional well-being. By considering the gut-brain connection alongside eating patterns and daily habits, Amanda helps clients better understand how food and physical health can affect mood, stress, and overall functioning.
