Taylor Kenny, LPC

Is a licensed professional counselor who provides therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. She supports individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. In addition, she offers individual, couples, and family therapy in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Taylor earned her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. She is committed to creating a nonjudgmental and empathetic space where clients feel safe exploring their thoughts, emotions, and experiences.

Many individuals seek therapy when they feel overwhelmed or stuck. Others come to counseling when stress, mood changes, or relationship difficulties begin affecting daily life. During therapy, Taylor helps clients better understand emotional patterns. At the same time, she helps them build practical coping strategies and greater self-awareness.

Taylor has experience supporting individuals with anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, adjustment concerns, anger management challenges, and general life stress. Additionally, she has worked with individuals with Autism and Intellectual Disabilities. Because every client’s experience is different, she adapts treatment to meet each person’s needs.

Taylor uses an integrative approach to therapy. She incorporates evidence-based techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Positive Psychology, and Motivational Interviewing. As a result, clients develop practical skills that support emotional regulation, decision-making, and personal growth.

She believes therapy is most effective when clients feel understood and supported. At the same time, she encourages individuals to recognize their strengths and work toward meaningful change. Through collaboration, Taylor helps clients identify goals and develop sustainable strategies for long-term well-being.

Taylor provides therapy through in-person sessions in our Malvern and Wayne offices. In addition, she offers secure teletherapy for individuals throughout Pennsylvania.
