Tali Vodovis, LCSW
Whether you're navigating a difficult life transition, struggling with anxiety or depression, or looking to strengthen your relationships and communication, I’m here to support your journey toward healing and growth. As a licensed clinical social worker with over 10 years of experience, I help individuals feel more empowered, understood, and equipped to create lasting change. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from West Chester University and a Master’s in Clinical Social Work from the University of Maryland, Baltimore. Since beginning my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with adolescents (ages 14+) and adults facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, life transitions, peer issues, adjustment issues, LGBTQ+ identity-related experiences, and difficulties with communication and interpersonal relationships. My approach to therapy is collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to your unique needs. I integrate evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help you manage symptoms and develop lifelong skills for resilience and self-awareness. At the heart of our work is a supportive and trusting therapeutic relationship. My goal is to create a safe and nonjudgmental space where you feel seen and heard. Together, we’ll explore your concerns, identify goals, and build on your strengths to support your emotional well-being. If you're ready to take the next step, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
