LAUREN PAPENFUSS, MA, LPC, PMH-C
It’s not always easy to find and accept help, and I am passionate about providing a safe and comfortable space to help others reach their goals. I have worked in the mental health field for many years and in multiple settings which helps me to bring an integrative approach to all different kinds of people. I like to think I have a good sense of humor, caring personality, and general desire for people to feel healthier and happier.
My specialties consist of working with adults, adolescents and children who struggle with anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, family conflict, peer and school issues, and parenting difficulties. My passion lies in perinatal mood disorders to help parents through mood changes, scary thoughts, parenting challenges, and relationship struggles. I received my undergraduate degree in Psychology from Shippensburg University, a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology from Immaculata University, and am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I also have a certification in Perinatal Mood Disorders.
