Kyle Wyman, LCSW
I work with adults and adolescents who identify issues with depression, anxiety, stress, PTSD, peer issues, school issues, self-esteem challenges, substance use/co-occurring disorders, and family/marital issues. I utilize a variety of evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy (EMDR). I believe in treating the whole person and will work with my clients to determine which approach is most appropriate for their unique identity and specific concerns. I work with people to develop goals for treatment that help them feel empowered by making them specific, measurable, and achievable. I believe strongly in developing the therapeutic rapport to establish trust and safety with each person I treat. I hope to help others develop insight and self-awareness on their respective journeys.
